    To fulfill the latest policy announced by The People’s Bank of China for the cryptocurrency market. Crypto Pro/Bitvast Limited will make the following arrangements starting from 26th Sep 2021, 6:00 pm HKT.

    1. New account onboarding: Any customers who are Chinese nationals are forbidden to apply OTC account.

    2. Crypto Pro/ Bitvast Limited will stop funds exchange services to any individuals/ companies who possess Chinese offshore bank account, including:

    - OSA（OFFSHORE ACCOUNT)

    - NRA（NON-RESIDENT ACCOUNT）

    - FTN（FREE TRADE NON-RESIDENT）

    3. Arrangement for existing clients: All clients who use our OTC service must be non-Chinese nationals, including those companies registered with directors or shareholders who are Chinese nationals. In addition, we will contact those clients who cannot fulfill the latest policies gradually and stop providing OTC service to related parties on or before 30th December 2021.
